Frequently asked questions

Is GetAllClips really free?

Yes. GetAllClips is 100% free, with no sign-up and no hidden limits. The site is kept running by ads and donations.

How do I download Instagram Reels videos?

Copy the video link in the app or website, paste it into the box at the top of this page and press Download. Then choose the quality you want.

Can I download videos without a watermark?

Yes. For TikTok we fetch the original upload without the watermark, and for other platforms you get the clean source file.

Which qualities are available?

Every quality the platform offers — from 144p up to 1080p Full HD, and up to 4K on YouTube. HD versions are merged live on our server, so they may take a few extra seconds to start.

Does it work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. On iPhone, files go to the Files app (Downloads); open the video and tap Share → Save Video to add it to Photos. On Android, files go to your Downloads folder and appear in the gallery.

Can I download private videos or Instagram stories?

Only public content can be downloaded. Private accounts, close-friends stories, login-only posts and paid content are not supported.

Where are my downloads saved?

In your browser’s download folder — usually “Downloads” on computers and Android, and the Files app on iPhone and iPad.

Is it legal to download videos?

Saving videos you have the rights to for personal, offline viewing is generally fine. Re-uploading or using someone else’s video without permission may break copyright law and the platform’s terms. Always respect the creator.

Do you keep the videos I download?

No. Files stream from the platform straight to you. We don’t store copies or keep a history of your downloads.
